Refund policy
If for some reason you wish to return your device for a refund, a few things to consider are as follows:

You must email sales@exsurgo.us to begin the return/refund/exchange process. Please do not return the device and expect it to be refunded or exchanged without prior approval. We will not accept a return, issue a refund nor exchange anything until we approve it.

The device must be in good working condition. If the device is damaged, destroyed, been opened, altered or any other misuse, we reserve the right to deny a full refund.

Returns/Refunds will be for the cost of the device. We do not refund the cost of shipping. For domestic refunds only, there is a 10% surcharge to cover the cost of shipping the device back to us. For international refunds, we do not cover the cost of shipping. We will only issue the refund once we receive the device and verify it is in good condition.

Exchanges will be approved once we exhaust all trouble shooting steps. Exchanges must be approved by us. If the device is defective, we will exchange for a new device. We will send out the new device once the defective unit is returned. We will cover the cost of shipping a new device to you.

Returns and refunds will only be accepted so long as you are within the 30-day window from when your device was shipped. The devices are subject to harsh training environments and potential risk for abuse.
