Refund Policy

If for some reason you wish to return your device for a refund, please review the following before initiating a return.

How to Initiate a Return

You must email sales@exsurgo.us to begin the return, refund, or exchange process.

Important: Do not return the device and expect it to be refunded or exchanged without prior approval. All returns require approval before being shipped back.

Device Condition

Device Must Be in Good Working Condition

If the device is damaged, destroyed, has been opened improperly, altered, or subject to any other misuse, we reserve the right to deny a full refund.

Refund Terms

Device Cost Only — Shipping Not Refunded

Returns and refunds cover the cost of the device only. Shipping costs are not refunded.

  • — Domestic returns: A 10% surcharge applies to cover the cost of return shipping to us.
  • — International returns: We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Return Window

30-Day Window from Ship Date

Returns and refunds are only accepted within 30 days from the date your device was shipped. Requests outside this window will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Defective Devices Are Exchanged

Exchanges are approved after all troubleshooting steps have been exhausted. If the device is found to be defective, we will exchange it for a new device.
